General Terms and Conditions
General terms and conditions of sale and use of the Bentley Fragrances Website - November 2015
The purchase of any products offered on bentley-fragrances.com website is subject to the present Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions of Sale").
Orders may only be placed on the Bentley Fragrances website by individual consumers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. Any resale or distribution of Bentley Fragrances products purchased on bentley-fragrances.com website is strictly prohibited.
Bentley Fragrances may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at anytime.
You can view the most current version of the General Conditions of Sale at any time by clicking on the link labelled "General terms and conditions".
For each order on bentley-fragrances.com website, your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the date of the order will be requested.
Products ordered by the consumer on the website can only be delivered to the European countries.
Cookies
Bentley Fragrances uses cookies and pixel tags to track the customers’ usage of the Website and to understand the customers’ preferences (such as country and language choices). This enables Bentley Fragrances to provide better services to the customers and improve the online experience. Bentley Fragrances also uses cookies and pixel tags to obtain aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction, to identify trends and obtain statistics so that Bentley Fragrances can improve the Website. Remarketing advertising features:

With the advertisements Bentley Fragrances could aim to show the products that may be of interest to the customers.

Availability
Products and prices are valid as seen on the bentley-fragrances.com website, subject to availability. Exceptionally, errors or amendments may be made, especially in cases of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. If a product is unavailable after ordering, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible. You will then be able to order an alternative from the bentley-fragrances.com website or cancel your order.
If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately refunded if your credit card has been debited.

Order Finalisation
You may at any time:
- add Bentley Fragrances products to your selection by clicking on "Add to cart"
- view the selected Bentley Fragrances products by clicking on "Shopping cart",
- modify your selection by clicking on "view cart", or by adjusting quantity as appropriate.
For each product selected on the Bentley Parfums website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its colouring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.
While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the colouring and design of the Bentley Fragrances products in the photographs displayed on the bentley-fragrances.com website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to the technical restrictions of colour reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, Bentley Fragrances shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Bentley Fragrances products displayed on the bentley-fragrances.com website. For every order via Internet, you must provide complete and accurate information during the ordering procedure. The information requested shall include: title, surname, first name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery and invoicing address.
At the end of the ordering procedure, you are invited to click on the "checkout". When clicking on the "checkout" button, you will be asked to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the bentley-fragrances.com website in full.
When finished, your order is transmitted to Bentley Fragrances for processing. You may only modify or cancel your order by contacting the customer services department by e-mail (customerservice@bentley-fragrances.com).
Bentley Fragrances reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Bentley Fragrances has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is engaged in any fraudulent or criminal activity or on any other legitimate grounds.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The acknowledgement of receipt shall mention the description of the Bentley Fragrances products selected the quantity, the price and the shipping cost.
Price – Payment
The prices of Bentley Fragrances products are in EUR, inclusive of taxes. The final amount of your order includes the delivery fee.
Bentley Fragrances reserves the rights to amend at anytime and without any previous notice the prices of the products on the bentley-fragrances.com website as well as the shipping costs. The invoicing of the products is based on a price list posted on the bentley-fragrances.com website at the time of the order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at this time.
Payment must be made immediately in Euros choosing a credit card (Mastercard®, Visa® and Diners Club/Discover®). No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Title Retention
The products ordered remain the property of Bentley Fragrances as legal and equitable owner and no property in or title to the ordered products shall pass to the customer until full payment for the products has been received by Bentley Fragrances.
However, you assume the risks (in particular the loss, theft or damage) relating to the delivered products from the date of the delivery.
Delivery zone
Goods purchased via bentley-fragrances.com website may be delivered to the European Union countries.
Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside this territory. Bentley Fragrances will not process any order for which a post office box is provided. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during ordering.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the products you have ordered and the country of delivery you select.
For security reasons, Bentley Fragrances will not process any orders for which a general delivery address or PO Box is provided.
